چکیده
Infections caused by bacteria have a significant impact on public health. Chemical synthesis of new derivatives cephalexin inked to amino acid (tryptophan or histidine) through an amide bond at the acyl side chain is achieved. This new
approach incorporating, tryptophan and histidine into primary group cephalexin, in order provide bulky very close ?-lactam ring. chemical addition act as isosteric alkoximino that protect beta lactam ring from bacterial lactamase enzyme. The may show resistance ?-lactamases, improve activity pharmacokinetic properties give life for old drugs are susceptible hydrolysis most ?-lactamases. structures these were confirmed by: FTIR, 1H-NMR spectroscopy, elemental micro analysis some physical properties. Molecular docking serine prediction ADME parameters recorded using GOLD suite Swiss software respectively. Docking scores Cephalexin ?-lactamases higher than those Cephalexin, which indicate better

متن کاملCation-p Interactions Involving Aromatic Amino Acids
The cation-p interaction is a general, strong, noncovalent binding force that is used throughout nature. The side chains of the aromatic amino acids [phenylalanine (Phe), tyrosine (Tyr), and tryptophan (Trp)] provide a surface of negative electrostatic potential than can bind to a wide range of cations through a predominantly electrostatic interaction. In this brief overview, the fundamental na...

متن کامل4 Aromatic Amino Acids in the Brain
This chapter describes the aromatic L‐amino acids tryptophan and tyrosine and the effects on tyrosine metabolism of phenylalanine. Tryptophan and phenylalanine are essential amino acids and must ultimately be derived from dietary proteins; tyrosine is obtained both from dietary proteins and from the hydroxylation of phenylalanine by phenylalanine hydroxylase (PAH). The proportions of dietary tr...
